Welcome St. Francis De Sales families! 

We hope everyone had a great and fun summer vacation. My name is Chef Richard Alcala.  This school year, Richard’s Catering will happily be providing hot lunches Monday through Friday.

Our Mission
Richard’s catering aims to provide our growing kids with delicious and healthy meals by using fresh and natural ingredients along with lots of fruits and veggies to ensure and they get a balanced diet. All foods are prepared and cooked personally by Chef Richard. We provide a variety of menu choices at very reasonable prices to make sure our kids will enjoy while not breaking the bank.
Please note the following hot lunch policies and procedures. Your feedback and suggestions are always welcome:

• The online ordering program (accessed through the St. Francis school website; under “Parent Links”, select “Hot Lunch”
• We will send out a separate document entitled “St. Francis De Sales Hot Lunch Program Ordering Instructions” to show you how to sign up for the program and place orders.
• Hot lunch service is run on an all-volunteer basis. If you would like to help and receive school service hours, please contact chef Alcala. Lunch is served Monday through Friday.
